I applied online. A month later, they told me they wanted a one way interview (meaning that they aren't even here and you're alone, in front of your camera, answering questions). I didn't answer immediately and got a new email the next day urging me to take that humane-less interview. Felt a bit pushy after a month of letting me in the dark. I took the interview, it's been a month and no news since then. I've never seen something so out of touch and disdainful. The how-to of repelling potential hires
Interview Process went smooth and had a very good conversation. Be ready to answer specific questions about your experiences with their titles, and "what would you do in x situation" related to the job description.
