The guy was affable, welcoming, and humble. One of my major caveats is dishonest people; just be you. The guy was swearing right in front of me as if we were talking like they do in the kitchen. Not my style, but he was being himself and not that phony interview guy.

Sat there told me what they do and asked me when I could start I told them I would put my two weeks in with my other job and they was happy I was letting my job know a head of time that I was leaving they would only want me to do the same for them.
