Internal Recruitment Team emailed me with the JD and requested with an updated resume.
First round was a telephonic short interview. Where the questions were asked mostly on basic Java and why are you looking for change
- In the second round of interview it was pure technical where there were some Java Programming and concepts of QA was asked. We also went through the resume and interviewer asked me questions from the projects I worked.
- The third round of interview was again a technical one where more emphasis was given on problem solving in Java. Interviewer allowed using Google to find any particular library which we can use to solve a problem. In short interviewer was mostly focusing on problem solving skills
- The Fourth interview was directorial round where few technical questions with respect to Java and behavioral questions were asked. Apart from all relevant questions like the reason for job change and strength and weakness. Just make sure you stay truthful on what you say because the interviewers are really excellent in catching mugged up answers.

- Name all the Oops concepts
- Your role at current organisation

Second Technical Interview Round
- Java question on finding even and odd number (using any method)
- Given a Sentence count number of times a word is present in it and print the word and number
- Question on Manual QA
- In Automation talked about the repository used in my current project
- Use of POM Model and why it is used
Third Technical Interview
- Given a String with brackets - Provide if the opening and closing of the brackets are correct or not (Just like how it is in a program)
- Given two files in a folder how would you compare the files using Java
- Opening a Random Website and asked to find element on the page and questions on locators
Fourth Technical + Behavioral Interview
- Why are you looking for a change
- What are your strengths and weakness
- Write a Java code to reverse a Number (Not string)
- Given a code of Function Overloading and asking on what is wrong with it. Will it run or will throw an error. What type of error it will be a runtime or compile time.

Unprofessional! I felt like giving a college level Viva instead of an a Professional job interview.
Hiring team itself unaware of what profile they want. JD mentioned Python, All interview rounds conducted in Java. While JD mentioned all the IT jargons known in the industry It was quite unclear what they exactly wanted from the candidate.
First round 45 min:
-Git commands.
-second highest integer from array.
-Process and current profile discussion.
Second round 1.5 hrs:
-Docker commands
-Jenkins Pipeline development
-Linux commands
-Shell scripting
-Git
-API testing related questions
-Selenium questions
