J'ai passé un entretien chez Rocket Lab (Auckland, )
Entretien
Straight forward interview, just asked about me basic questions, asked about my experience and why I wanted to work there. Nothing to crazy, it was a pretty standard interview process.
First interview was with an HR rep to get a general feel of my skills and what I was expecting. Next two interviews were very straightforward technical questions. Questions were relevant and definitely needed a deep understanding to answer but there were no weird trick questions or "gotcha's".
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Several general knowledge questions about design, analysis, and drafting. Asked me to walk them through how I would design an injector and chamber.

Entretien
We had first a brief interview followed by a design exercise.
The exercise was for a different discipline from my background, which Rocket Lab was fully aware of since we had already discussed my CV. Furthermore, the task was ridiculously complicated and would have require much more than the 48h that were allocated.
After investing 48 hours to complete the task in the best manner, my application was dismissed with no feedback whatsoever, which is considerably rude and unprofessional since I explicitly requested further information twice by email.
The feeling was something between being scammed and an absolutely uncompensated waste of time and effort. There should be more control on how companies conduct their recruitment processes.
