I emailed my cover letter and cv to a recruiter as advertised with my school's careers service. Then he forwarded them to their Thai office. The guy at the Thai office contacted me via email to organize an interview on Skype in 2 days - quite a short notice. The interview was only 30 mins (without webcam). He was really nice and quite informal. He told me he should know the result in a week, so a week and a few more days later I emailed him. He replied that I got the job. Formal offer was sent a few days after his reply.
