Applied online, received email 3 days later inviting me to Skype interview with CTO. Due to my availability, the Skype interview didn't happen for another week. After the initial interview, received email from HR the following day inviting me to their office to spend a full day there. I attended the in-person interview 2.5 weeks later and spent the day with the team.
