First interview was a phone screening. Next was in person at the factory. Most of the interviewers were made the experience comfortable. Was asked back to another round of interviews where I met with another round of interviewers. Both in person interviews were with an interview panel in addition to 1 on 1. Followed up and never received a response after the final interview.
