No one really knew the process or could line out steps. However the people I interviewed with were very nice. But by the time I got to the 4th interview with the head of the company he wanted an interview the next day. Because I was unable to do that and offered the entire next week the response was we will move on with other candidates and let you know. I had other offers and with how pleasant everyone else was I planned to see it through. But with that kind of attitude said a lot. Bullet dodged.
