I applied through a 3rd party, reached out to by their Head of Media Services who scheduled a phone interview.
The call lasted about 12.5 minutes during which he asked me some questions about my experiences and who I was, then followed with an opportunity for me to ask questions. The interview was not behavioral or technical. My technical experiences and interests were shrugged off an said to not be an important part of the role.
Overall the worst phone interview I have ever had. I maintained composure despite being belittled and feeling condescended. I would not want to work for the company based on the phone interview and would actually encourage clients to not purchase their services based on the conversation I had. The interviewer was pompous and at times responded in a cold and unprofessional manor to my questions. Almost nothing was covered regarding what the company does, what the role would consist of (beyond the job description). Very disappointing overall.
