The interview process started with the founders, meeting for phone and coffee. That gave me a really good idea of what the company was about.
Then I came in to meet a panel of the team, mostly managers and experienced recruiters who have been with the company for years. I got to ask a lot of questions, get a good feeling for daily life, and had to talk at length about my recruiting experience.
The questions were more behavior oriented, to determine if my way of thinking matches how RockIT does business.

Multi stage interview process; phone call with senior recruiter/team lead to gauge my interest and experience, then a coffee with a co-founder, followed by an onsite that had more indepth questions about my experience and knowledge; and finally a take home challenge. The team are very friendly and were very responsive to questions and feedback.
