The process started with a phone screening by an HR rep, and then I had a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager (who would also be my manager during the internship). After the phone interview, I received an offer within a few weeks via phone.

I had a first screening interview right after I applied online. The interview was quite difficult with specific questions related to the position. The interview was 2 month ago and I haven't heard back since and haven't even received an automated rejection email either.
