J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Roche (Varsovie, Mazovie) en juin 2019
Entretien
I was approached by a recruiter on the LinkedIn. The position at Roche is for a remote data scientist. The interview was held online (hangouts), and it took less than 1 hour. Mostly, it was about the project leader bragging about types of projects they do at Roche. He explained that they design models and algorithms using mostly pencil and paper. He presented a sample project they do in his department. There weren't any skill tests at all, neither technical questions. Company doesn't care about any feedback to candidates. Almost 5 months passed and I still haven't heard a single word from Roche wether they decline my application or not.

Question 1
How do you deal with common problems teams encounter?
The interview was smooth and professional by both HR and interviewers. 3 rounds of interviews which are HR call, technical with senior data scientist live coding, and hiring manager interview.
The interview went pretty well. The interviewers were friendly and posed insightful questions about the tech expertise they were looking for. The inly thing is that I don't think they incorporated Claude or other AI tools in their code production.

Question 1
can't discuss much here, but there's always a technical part
Llamada con HR de 20 minutos, por teléfono, más videollamada con hiring manager en una segunda fase, de 60 minutos, por zoom. Las preguntas de HR fueron las típicas y en la segunda fase me hicieron preguntas tipo STAR
