      Entretien

I was approached by Jess on Facebook as they were looking for people to join their office. She gave me a call and talked to me about the job roles that they had and asked me which one I thought would suit me most. She was really friendly and engaging with me. After choosing the talent acquisition role, she then called me a few days later to find out more about me and my background. I was then offered a first stage interview, where I was invited in to learn more about the job role and for the company to learn more about me. When I arrived, Jess sat me down, offered me a drink and made me feel more comfortable before the actual interview. I then met with Nikki and Trevor who talked me through the role and asked questions about my background and why I was looking for a new job. I was shown through the office and shortly after leaving, I was invited back for a final stage interview, in which I had to prepare a presentation. The presentation had to be about my background, my understanding of the job role, my personal and business goals, what I would bring to the company and where I see myself in 3 years time. I sent this presentation to Jess who gave me feedback on it and also gave me advice on how to improve on it. I arrived on the day of the interview and was greeted by Jess again who got me a drink and sat me down and made me feel more comfortable (as I was nervous about the presentation). She also gave me some helpful tips to get through it. I then had the final interview with Jodie and Nikki, I went through the presentation first and was asked questions about it, and again about what I wanted to gain from working with the company. After this interview was finished, I received a phone call about 15 minutes later to say I had been offered the job. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process and had Jess making sure I was fully prepared and she wanted to understand what I was looking for in a new job.
