I was first contacted by the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I completed a panel interview to present a case study. The next stage included four 45-minute individual interviews with the Senior Director, Director, Finance Manager, and a Business Partner. I then had two additional 45-minute one-on-one interviews with future teammates I’d be working closely with, and finally, a 45-minute interview with the SVP of Finance. The process was smooth, well-structured, and completed over the course of about 2.5 months.
