Straight Forward Screening call, then a follow up interview with managers. SMART questions, questions about financial markets knowledge and customer service experience. Situational questions regarding client service and working with a team. Overall standard interview questions.
First a recruiter screening, then an online interview with several site leads, lastly a final interview with team lead. At the time of my hiring, the process was very friendly, supportive, and relational.

Entretien
The interview process was very relaxed. I chatted with the recruiter followed by 2 interviews with CX Managers. The interviewers asked good question but made sure the interaction was very conversational. I get nervous very easily and my nerves melted away and I was able to focus on quality answers to the questions.
