The entire recruiting and interview experience is top notch. Recruiting explains everything with a generous level of completeness and precision. Sets clear expectations of the process and timeline, which played out pretty much as described. Unexpected events were handled gracefully and quickly. Interviewers are friendly, empathetic and very sharp. Conversations allowed skills to be showcased while staying relatively casual. Overall, the experience is what you would want to see from a top tier tech company.

Had a nice initial phone call with the recruiter. They gave a good overview of what the rest of the interview process would look like and what types of questions to expect. Long process including a technical screen, written assessment, and 5 or 6 interviews as part of a virtual onsite (including system design). Unfortunately it wasn't a good fit based on my location.
