Many, many interviews. A recruiter contacted me via Linked In. I had approximately 8 interviews. I put a ton of work into these interviews, and even created sample learning materials. I totally understand if I was not the final choice, but to be "ghosted" after such a lengthy interview process and the effort that I put into this position is just plain unprofessional and inconsiderate. I expected better from this company.
