Online aptitude test conducted on TestGorilla, followed by a focus group discussion to assess communication and teamwork skills. Shortlisted candidates then proceed to a technical interview to evaluate their domain knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Successful candidates complete the process with final selection and onboarding formalities.

Entretien
Normal discussion regarding the candidate covering both academic and non academic aspects of the candidate. Interview went on for about 15-20 mins. The interviewer was very friendly and was from HR.
