I was contacted by the recruiter Jeremie. Had one phone interview and it went great. Scheduled 2nd video interview. She emailed me 10 minute before scheduled time and advised she can't make it. No follow up and no rescheduling . Isn't that their job ?
The interview was efficient and streamlined. The recruiter reached out promptly after submission. The recruiter provided guidance on interview preparation. My biggest concern was about pay discrepancies. Would likely try again for a different job posting.

Entretien
They send in probably 100 applicants for aptitude tests and do not review until the end. They waste a lot of people's time that they would have basically denied had they actually reviewed resumes.
