Entretien
The recruiter contacted me the day after I applied via phone. She was very pleasant. A Skype interview was scheduled for the following day. She asked me to elaborate on each position I'd held along with the starting and ending pay. Afterward I was emailed hiring documents. This is as far as we have gone in the process. I will follow up with the recruiter soon.
After you submit your initial resume, a recruiter will reach out to you. From there they help you fine tune your resume to make sure it would get the most attention.

What is the major thing you are looking for in a career.
Questions were “basic” interview questions. Had some of the “tell me a time when you encountered a problem at work and how you solved it?” Felt a little generic at times and that I wasn’t really engaged by the recruiter.

O processo foi bem simples, pois foi direto com a recrutadora. Mas o descaso veio quando ela deu um prazo de resposta e não o cumpriu, Nunca mais respondeu , passou uma semana, mandei mensagem e ela nunca mais respondeu.
