The interview questions NEVER match the TCG job decription. I am always thrown in the interview for any job. Half the time it is not even TCG's fault! The companies have NO CLUE what they need. TCG has no power over their clients. The clients never seem to know what they want.

Entretien
Skype interview with a recruiter which lasted about 20 minutes. Really not that hard other than to keep the attention of the INTERVIEWER. She was constantly checking her phone and replying to emails with about three other cubicles behind her (that I could see) doing the same. Not professional at all. Felt like a waste of time and knew I was not going to get any kind of call back, especially when she said if I don't get back to you in a week call me. What laziness.
