I applied online in December it was February before I was contacted for an interview. There were a total of 100+ people interviewed which caused the interviews to be short. The interview process was only 15 minutes divided between two people you had to interview with. I felt I had to keep calling just to see if I was in the running to be one of the 72 hired. Communication piece was not as good as I thought it should have been.
