I was first interviewed by phone interview. That was pretty simple and just basic questions about by education and experience were asked. I then had an online, Skype interview. This is very important because that is how you recruit if you get the job so they want to see how you handle yourself in the environment. Finally they have you in the office for an in person, on site interview.
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.

Entretien
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
