Nach Einsendung der Bewerbungsunterlagen über das online Portal erhielt ich einen Link für eine asynchrones Videointerview. Dort musste ich mehrere Fragen beantworten. Es gab ein Zeitlimit, doch die Fragen waren sehr ähnlich zu den Vorjahren und die Zeit sehr großzügig berechnet.

One interview by phone, one with two HR persons, another one with the commercial manager and the HR people, followed by 2 online tests (IQ and personality) and in the end an assessment center with the last 5 applicants. After the process I received a feedback about the results of the assessment center as well as advice on what should I work on. I applied in Cluj-Napoca, the interviews were in Romanian (with the HR ) and in English (assessment center+ interview with the commercial manager)
