I was contacted initially by the HR department for a phone interview that took about 15 minutes. They asked about my motivation to join their company and to move to another city (I had to change city for that job). It was followed by another phone interview with two technical guys. They asked questions about my previous experience and got a bit in the technical parts that were of interest for the job. Next step was to travel to Cluj for a face to face technical interview. There were 4 people at the interview. It was mostly the same as the previous phone interview: questions about my background with insisting on technical details of my work like debugging and algorithm used (to present/detail them). It felt to me that the HR was trying to set a very formal environment. They were always referring to me as Mr. or Sir even though we were of the same age and I repeatedly tried to switch this to something more informal.
