I had a great interview experience last spring. I was excited to be considered! I was traveling with my current job the week that they wanted to do a panel interview, and they worked around my schedule. The panel interview was great, and when they asked me why did I apply to Bosch, I told them their reviews on glassdoor.com were positive, and for me to give up my current long-term career, it was important that I would be going to a company that treated their employees well. I did not get the job, but the gentleman that called me back made me feel really good about it. He thanked me many times, and told me the one specific area that the other candidate who was chose was stronger in that me. That was great feedback, and I still tell people how much I appreciate that follow up call.
It was a regular interview process: first call with HR representative, then a technical interview with the manager of the team and then a final discussion where the entire offer was presented and the conclusion of the interview.

I analyzed the BOM for all oxygen sensor variants, mapping each component by cost, complexity, and supplier. I reviewed the supplier footprint across Germany, Czech Republic, China, and India, factoring in logistics lead times and landed costs. Using supplier cost breakdowns (materials, labor, overhead, tooling), I built comparative cost models to identify savings levers. This analysis highlighted localization opportunities and guided supplier consolidation and platform standardization.

Pretty straightforward, 4 stage interview.
Phone call, On line, In Person, On line.
No silly games - didn't feel like an interview at all.
Process was well explained by the HR rep and I knew all the key dates. They were very helpful with transparency on timelines and role expectations.
