The hiring process lasted 1 week, group interview and role play for about 3 hours.role plays regarding how you handle customer complaints. If you pass this stage then they give you an assessment, a typing test, writing an email. The last stage is an individual interview with a team leader from the project.

Multiple rounds of interviews with human resources and hiring manager. Pretty standard questions for the industry. It was not too difficult of a process. The interview was average difficulty for the industry.
there is a phone call screening first. after a couple days they call you back to schedule a interview. it was a 15 minute introductory interview. questions like tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses. very easy and chill.
