Took part during last year on more financial hiring processes and interviews.
Each interview process was very simple, after a short phonecall with interest on the basic professionas profile details I have been invited to a face to face interview.
HR colleagues are very young, ask often general questions (like how do you see yourself in 5 years, hat are the "deeper" carrier interests, etc.). I had the impression that HR colleagues are not enough involved into the professional hiring process but they are very self-confident :)
I would recommend the company for carrer starters, but for professional job seekers only in case when compensation is not a key facor.
