Called for Interview from out of city without reviewing documents. After clearing interview and document review put my application on hold as I had backlogs in my undergrad., even though I have completed a Masters after that have 5 years of experience. In this age where even college degrees are seen as not mandatory this kind of a policy is plain stupid. And they never got back, I had to follow up twice to get the status.
