Watch presentation on the company then engage in 2 activities on a rotating basis in teams of 8, then followed by a short Excel test (which almost everyone fails, including me) 2 activities include a sales task and a marketing campaign Not especially professional, a little chaotic at times. Around 10 will be sent home after a free lunch of dry sandwiches, the remaining will be put through rounds of interviews with different departments who have observed the morning activities and selected the candidates who they think might possess the skills to work with them.
