2. Top-notch communication abilities and a talent for outstanding customer service. Being able to really click with people and give them an awesome experience is crucial.
3. A genuine passion for helping others transform their lives. This work is all about empowering people on their journeys of growth and self-actualization.
4. A competitive, results-driven mindset. They want go-getters who thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment laser-focused on crushing targets.
5. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Knowing how to leverage tools like that to track metrics and continuously improve is key.
I matched all the qualifications they were looking for, but in the end, they chose to go with another candidate. I hope these helps.
