Director Discussion 7. Offer Rollout I was rejected in Round 4 ( Code review) . Company is pretty small. I had my personal reason of looking for opportunity around Netherland who can offer work sponsorship. My outlook until round 3 is neutral/positive but in 4th round, attitude of the guy reviewed my code was very negative. S(he) used very unprofessional words in sharing the feedback. It sounded like s(he) must have some very bad time and all came through the detail of the feedback (poor me :D ) Overall negative experience. I strongly advise to future candidates that be careful on spending 4+ weeks of time and energy, doing assignments, following up and end up with nothing a some very unprofessional feedback/comments which might hurt you morally.
