The interview process was very in depth and required studying and preparation. I completed 2 interviews and an online assessment. My first interviewer was great and prepared me well! However, when I had my second interview with Leah, I could tell from the start she did not like me. Not only did she quickly go through the questions and show no enthusiasm with me, she did not provide relevant feedback for the second mock call interview. Also, the questions she asked were often reiterations of previous questions, making it difficult to come up with new answers on the spot. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if she makes her decision before even finishing the interview, but like I said, she made her dislike of me evident from the start with her facial expressions and lack of interest in my answers. My interview skills are not the best, but she certainly did not make the process easier.
