The staff and managers in the process were friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had openly. The interview process was lengthy but after being successful I understand why as this is to ensure the high turn over of staff is limited. As the role does not require you to speak Dutch a lot of international applicants apply for this reason and actually do not want to do the role or enjoy the business market.
