Ro’s interview process was super transparent. Recruiting was responsive, clear, and helpful throughout the process. The interview process consisted of: An intro with the hiring manager, interviews with current senior product designers, a working session in a product team setting, and interviews with stakeholders and leadership. Everyone was engaged and excited to talk and learn about my experience, and it was a mix of behavioral questions and conversation. Questions were thoughtful, and I could tell interviewers cared about each potential new hire.
