After submitting my resume, I was quickly contacted by a recruiter to setup a phone screen. She was incredibly nice and engaging, and asked me several situational and experience based questions that are typical in a phone screen. After the phone screen, I was told I’d be moving to a practical exercise. However, I was soon contacted to setup an on-site interview instead. Both interviewers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The interview felt much more like a conversation and was a great experience. The recruitment team at Ro is fantastic and incredibly responsive. I was kept in the loop at every step of the process, and my recruiter responded to emails quickly. Overall great process!
