An area manager called and asked if I could come in for and interview within the hour. She spoke to upper management about two or three potential positions to consider me for. I had a second interview, but never received feedback on my potential with the company moving forward. I was just asked to start training before being assigned entry level tasks.

Entretien
It was very informal. Most of the employees, full- and part-time, are late teens to early twenties. The questions asked were very typical behavioral questions, such as: describe a time where you were in a difficult group setting, describe a time you were dealing with a difficult customer, what was your least favorite job and why, etc.

very informal; the manager was eating her lunch while we talked. She barely asked questions, it was more of her "assistant" (who was one of the associates) that asked me questions.
