First interview was general, getting to know you and learning about the company, and why you are suited for this role, your background what you are working on etc. Interview lasted for 30 minutes.

Entretien
Recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. Easy STAR based behavioral situations but lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.
Recruiter interview followed up by manager interview. Presentation to panel. Then individual interviews with each member followed up by a final interview with the director. Good processed though very time consuming.
