Very thorough interview process, but I had great experience. I had a series of 8 interviews prior to an offer being extended.
Interviewed with peers and cross-functional pasterns. Individual interviews with management and senior management were included as well.
Interviewers were very relatable and approachable. Each interviewer was very passionate about the direction the company was going and really promoted the culture of the company.

Entretien
Screening, then 5 panel interview with folks from different departments. The interviews were spread over a 1 day period and for me they were over zoom. Overall it was a long day.
It starts OK , but more like HR problem moving forward. Not professional , lack of internal connection/communication. Feels like biased. Takes long time to reply. Negative experience. Hiring Manger not available.

A hiring manager reached out to schedule an interview, then never called. Emails to ensure time and phone number went unanswered. Multiple emails afterward for a reschedule went unanswered. Never heard from the individual again, no follow up ever took place.
