I recently interviewed for a Fullstack Engineer position at Rivian and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. From the initial phone screen to the onsite interview, I felt like Rivian was genuinely interested in finding the right candidate for the role. The interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly, and they took the time to understand my background and experience. The technical portion of the interview was challenging, but the interviewers were supportive and provided feedback throughout the process. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend Rivian as a great place to work.
