I went through 3 rounds of interviews, was given a verbal offer, then was requested to have a fourth technical interview. After this final interview, the recruiter I was working with did not follow up. I contacted her multiple times for an update and was told that discussions were ongoing. Further attempts to get an update via phone and email were not returned. After a month, I've given up on Rivian, which is extremely disappointing, as the position and company culture seemed like a near-perfect match.
