On Campus Recruiting first, very informal.
1st interview: Online via Zoom, about 15 minutes.
2nd Interview: Flown on site and interviewed in the office. Interviewed with about 3 different team members. Got a nice office tour out of it. Heard back from them about 3 weeks later.
Phone interview: 30mins phone call, with several questions. Briefly explain the company and the position compensation. What is the next round like, and asking where you locate, do you need sponsor

Recruiter reached out via Linkedin. Did a 30 minute phone screening with them before the actual interview started. Interviewer was late, hard to see or hear, and simply unprepared. Did not make it to second round.
