I had one of their recruiters reached out to me via LinkedIn to schedule a introductory phone call. After the first call, I was told "things seem like a good fit, and he would schedule a call with the IT Director". After a week and a half, and multiple follow up emails ... my 2nd call was scheduled for Monday, the Third week after the 1st call with the Recruiter.
After a 30 minute conversation going over my resume and background, the IT Director said "It seems like we have a good match... lets schedule a day for you to come in". After waiting a week, I followed up with the recruiter and was told he "was checking on the status of next steps" .. the next week, I was told the same thing. The following 2 weeks, I wasn't replied to ... then a Random "hey, Sorry... I was out of the Office ... let me check on the next steps..." type Email, that was about a week ago.
Long story short, don't get to excited about any open Position with this company ... as you can see by the previous post, it looks like HR doesn't have a solid hiring / follow up process in place.
