Phone Call lasting about 10 minutes. Kinda Rude, I don't think their manufacturing General managers know what they are looking for. They are probably stressed out about that. They were very impatient with me, not sure if that is with everyone or just myself.
Recruiter call
HM virtual meeting basic engineering questions about production line and equipment. And behavior questions . Not difficult just I was just not prepared as I'm just wondering how the market look

Entretien
Recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. Easy STAR based behavioral situations but lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.
Recruiter interview followed up by manager interview. Presentation to panel. Then individual interviews with each member followed up by a final interview with the director. Good processed though very time consuming.
