Two Phone interviews, followed by On-Sit interview (Power-Day Interview). I got an email initially confirming a phone interview. Then had a 15mins phone call with HR, followed by 40 minutes phone interview with Hiring Manager. Then was invited over to Rivian for Power Day interview which lasted from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Lunch was included. Was given a tour of the facility for the first 30 mins, then interviewed by Manufacturing Team, Release Team, Program Management Team, Technical Team, Purchasing Team, and finally lunch with Two of the team members. Got feedback that I was passed in a week.

First contacted by the recruiter, super friendly, probably the best recruiter I've ever met.
Second round with Hiring Manager talking about the resume. It was okay.
Panel interview with a presentation and 6 interviewers, overall about 4 hours. There is one interviewer who is probably the worst I have ever seen, he is a level 2 engineer and did not even know how long the interview session should be and when I told him 45 min, he acted like wow, this is too long and a waste of his time. This was the first negative impression. He did not even prepare any proper questions for the interview. He is a control engineer so tried to ask me control and thermodynamics questions, which are not even relevant to the function of the role I applied for. Then he switched to material questions and the way he asks questions was so unconstructed that I don't even know what he was looking for despite the fact I know all answers to his question after 5 minutes of clarification. This young man's communication skill and interview skill is totally out of his league, to the point I was confused about how he was hired. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch.
After the interview with the company, I understand why there are so many negative reviews about the company. This company does not deserve the recruiter I contacted with.

Multiple back-and-forths with different recruiters and hiring managers, all whom seemed to have not read any bit of my resume or portfolio. Ultimately got ghosted without even the courtesy of being told "No". Absolute waste of my time.
From talking with different sources, the company seems like a mess. They have a ton of funding right now, but that won't compensate for incompetent engineers. and management.
