I applied online. One strategy analyst from Rivian contacted me and scheduled an phone interview with me. Before I formally participate in the interview, the interviewer cancelled my original phone interview because he 'would have a meeting at that time', which makes me feel a little bit ignored.

At the beginning, I was requested to make a self-introduction. The interviewer introduced himself and the company. Then Q&A. The whole procedure was...not professional enough.

Screening phone call, coffee chat. It was very informal and casual. They are super cool people, I would highly recommend just talking to them more about their project. It's stealth mode right now but I think they'll do great things in the future
