Easy process to get started, included a zoom call and a few simple questions. Training was 3 days of zoom with a company rep. Best qualities they look for are enthusiasm and drive. Some experience would be preferable especially in customer service.

This was a group panel interview and by far, the worst interview I have been on. The manager read the job description word for word and asked no one of their resume or qualifications. Every single person was offered a job (including the candidate smoking while on the interview.) Very unprofessional.

Virtual and very great quality. Step by step process. I would recommend to anyone. Great and flexible schedules reschedules are great and no hassle would do over again if I had to best yet
