Really happy with my interview experience here at Riverside. From the get-go, the recruiter Jade was super helpful and communicative. In between my rounds, we reviewed feedback, and she also provided additional guidance and answered all the questions that I had. As part of the interview, I got to meet everybody that would be involved in my management team, which was really great to get insights into how it fit with everybody. Jade made me feel like she was applying for the job with me. Couldn't recommend it enough.

The interview process was thorough, with 5 separate interviews with various folks such as the recruiter, the sales manager, the CRO and the head of HR. Everyone was very reasonable and easy to work with throughout the process. The recruiter was incredibly communicative and coached me throughout each round of interviews with follow up calls and discussions after each one. They were very transparent and everything that was communicated to me ended up being true after taking the job. The company really is as great as they say it is!
