Applied, took a questionnaire, followed by quick, basic,, video interview. Took a while to hear back about 4-6 weeks. Was contacted through email about in-person interview. Was offered a position a week after.

Video: Tell me about yourself. Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Why RCH.
In-person: where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you want to be a nurse and why RCH? What have you done to keep your nursing knowledge current (I've been out of school for a while). Then there was a NCLEX style priority question. What shift I wanted to work and what units 1-3.
