HR scheduled an interview and then cancelled the interview 20 minutes before scheduled start time. Multiple texts and emails on a reschedule were left unanswered. Seems unprofessional tbh and left a disappointing feeling and being ghosted without an explanation.

The interviewer leans in slightly and says, “Can you tell me about a time you had to deal with a complex, ambiguous project?” Instead of speaking broadly, you anchor your answer in a specific example. You briefly set the context, explain the challenge you were responsible for, then walk them through the decisions you made and why. As you speak, the interviewer occasionally interrupts with focused follow-ups like, “What was your specific role in that?” or “What would have happened if you didn’t take that approach?” or “What was the measurable outcome?” Each question is designed to push you deeper into your thinking and validate that the impact was real.
